Q: How well do these scissors cut fabric?

Flawlessly. They are incredibly sharp. Can’t say how long they’ll do so but they are sharp.

Q: Are these uncomfortable to hold and cut with (appears the smaller handle is more hexagon shape then round)?

I have no problem with these scissors at all. They fit in my thumb and the rest of my fingers in the large side very comfortably. They cut very good and I will order these again if needed. I even bought these for a Christmas present for a relative, as they love them.

Q: Are they made of titanium?

I just checked my scissors to see if they identify the metal. They do not. They are excellent scissors though. The key is the structure and tightness of the hinge pin. Time will tell about that but so far they are tight and sharp and work very well.

Q: Are these scissors sharp?

Yes these are sharp, not just for cutting paper ! I use them to crafts, cutting the Christmas branches to make different items. Great grip on them, and I cut the red beads off of a bunch of them to use in glueing onto Christmas tems. I really like them and have bought them for a christmas gift for friends and family. I recommend them.
