Taste good, i have them on auto-ship, cant go wrong with this brand of drink, other than plain water or an energy drink, this is so much more refreshing

it does work hydrate absolutely oh yeah
A does taste delicious and it does hydrate you and you it does quench your thirst and it does hydrate you. I do a lot of bike riding and I take a bottle with me and it lasts me all day. Yep, I recommend it. Oh yeah.

Works well. Great taste
I get leg cramps occasionally. My work can be physical and I sweat when it's hot. I am over 50 so my electrolytes deplete easily. I originally ordered this for the zero sugar and electrolyte replacement and it worked. It's also sold at a better price than its competitors. I only order the grape as that's my favorite flavor. I typically drink one or two a day. I haven't had any cramping issues since I've started. I was also noticing I haven't had a cold in quite a bit of time. I'm not positive it's related but it does contain zinc so that might be helping. I don't normally do reviews. But for this product I'm happy to.
