I taste tested these against top brands of shortbread cookies and honestly, it's the pecans that win me over. The cookie has a light crumbly texture with the nuts ground so fine they don't add texture. It gets even better dipped in coffee or tea. But only once. It disintegrates if you double dip. You were warned.Important. They pack it roughly with whatever heavy thing it might be shipped with so, and this happens 100% of the time, the cookies are smashed as though they've been sat on by a twelve pack of pop.

The cookies are a great value replacement for the namebrand ones. The cookie quality is solid when they're fresh: HOWEVER, the packing is basically designed to split as soon as it's opened (can't slide the tray back in) so they'll go stale very fast. Get yourself a freezer bag and seal'em up.

I was really looking forward to these shortbread cookies, but I was disappointed. The cookies tasted stale right out of the tin and lacked the rich, buttery flavor I usually associate with good shortbread. The texture was dry and crumbly in an unpleasant way, almost like they’d been sitting on the shelf too long. Even the tin, which looks nice, couldn’t make up for the quality inside. For the price, I expected something fresher and more flavorful. I ended up tossing most of them because no one in my family enjoyed them. Definitely won’t be buying these again.

Good value. Delicious. And just the right amount of cookies in a package. Just two of us. Can eat before they become stale.

Actually taste like a old fashion home made cookies. I found themFresh, arrived with none broken.Good size for price. Not full of sugar y too sweet.

Great shortbread cookies with lots of pecan bits, great for dunking for sure. Great for dieting for me, because just one cookie satisfies my sweet tooth without too many carbs. I always put a platter out for company and they are usually all gone by the time they go home.

I would give these cookies 5 stars if they weren’t so brittle; about 10% of them ended up as crumbs. However, they have a slightly buttery and somewhat sweet flavor, which I consider to be an “adult” cookie. They are crisp and perfectly sized. Unfortunately, I can't stop eating them. If you're looking for a soft cookie, you'll need to dip these in coffee, milk, or tea. I'm really only good for one or two at a time! I haven't tried the other flavors, but this one is just perfect. I'm hooked on them! Pricing-wise wise when they first came out, I think it was 1.90 / I think, but now is 2 bucks and up.
