Has anyone had trouble with their mattress slipping off the frame?

Little trick I learned a while ago- get some gripping shelf liners (2 for a queen size bed) and roll them out between the mattress and the frame. It will never move again. And if you have a box spring you can put it between the boxspring and the frame and then between the mattress and the box spring. Full set of custom screws, hex key (a.k.a allen wrench) with instructions is included and supplied with your order. Most likely, the bed you received is NOT a new merchandise. It was a bed sent to someone else and returned by that customer who did not put back the hardware and tools when they re-packed the box when they sent it back. Contact the vendor immediately.
