A great way to carry without being too obvious
Very nice quality leather. I wasn't sure how this matched against the urban carry holster, but I'm glad I bought this one instead, $20 less and no shipping costs (prime). I really didn't want the light leather color, but after a little google search I found a way to darken it by using Neatsfoot oil. It now looks the way I want it to and it works great with my S&W Bodyguard and feels like it isn't even there. I tried it with the S&W Shield 9mm but it was a lot bulkier to carry a larger caliber hand gun in that location, but I can if I want. That's why a got the Bodyguard anyway. I'm also a tuck my shirt in guy so this work perfect.Amazon didn't waist any time shipping, I asked for the slower shipping but got it just as fast as prime shipping.Take a look at the before and after photos. The Neatsfoot oil is only about $5 at Tractor Supply. I still ended up spending less money versus buying the urban carry product.

Exactly What I Needed
I needed a holster for those times when my Uncle Mike's or N82 just wouldn't cut it. I love those holsters, but I carry a Px4 Storm Compact, so printing and comfort can be an issue, particularly when I'm wearing just a t-shirt. I have no desire to carry anything else.I found out about this holster while doing some research. I hesitated to buy it because of the color and my uncertainty about the size. After a few weeks, I decided to go ahead and get it. I also bought a small bottle of 100% Neatsfoot Oil to color the holster as suggested by another reviewer. It worked out perfectly. The holster is now that dark brown. It took me a few tries to get it placed right for comfort, but now I love it. I can sit, bend over, and do other things I can't always do with other holsters. This holster is exactly as described: deep conceal, comfortable, and not meant for a quick draw. If you are looking for a quick draw and buy this holster, giving it one or two stars is ridiculous. There is clearly some additional bulk in my jeans, but it just looks like there is something in my pocket. My other pocket has an iPhone 6 and looks about the same.My next purchase will be the black version of this. If you have done some research, have watched videos or seen pics of how this works, and are remotely interested, just go ahead and get it. Well worth the price. Cheaper than other holsters that I don't even use.

50/50 = 0% use of this holster
I really wanted to love this holster, i've been searching for a decent concealed carry holster for quite a few years with no luck. I have tried in the waistband, out of the waistban,d paddle style ,leather, Kydex, Hell I even have a neoprene holster ! So I figured I would give this one a try. In theory it's a great way to carry, in practice not so much. If you have any kind of belly this holster will not work very well for you. I must've sent practicing with this holster for at least two days trying to figure out the best place to have it on my body in the best way to actually draw if I needed to. The results were 50-50 if I wore my pants lose 50% of the time the gun would come flying out of the holster and onto the floor the other 50% the holster would get stuck and you could not get the gun to come up. If I wore my pants correctly 90% of the time you could not actually pull the weapon without it getting stuck . It's collecting dust in my safe! My holster of choice now VERSACARRY! Far cheaper far more effective !

like all holsters
After reading the reviews I said a Hail Mary and bought this. I was particularly concerned when one reviewer had trouble using this with his CZ P07. Let me be clear; like all holsters, this one has trade offs. The main thing is not so much the gun (my P07 works perfectly with a Crimson Trace onboard), but the clothes. The belt width, fit, and comformitty with pants are crucial. The fit of pants is also crucial. Wide belt loops near the buckle will make this difficult, or nearly impossible in the case of my tactical pants. But this is made to be worn with loose fitting street clothes. If the pants or the belt are too tight or too loose you will have problems. For me, finding the right clothes was really worth it. How worth it? I can comfortably carry my Tanfoglio Witness Polymer 10mm with 4.5" barrel It is wider than the holster spec but I am able to draw it quickly and get it on target quickly from draw. I have not tried it with the Crimson Trace but the fact that it works with this holster with the proper clothing and belt speaks volumes to me. I probably won't routinely carry the 10mm with this holster because it does make sitting something I have to think about before I do it. But in terms of a fight, with this holster I can bring rapid power against attackers. There is no such thing as a holster that you can buy and be proficient with without training. Use your room, facing your bed. Unlike others, I have not had any guns go flying when I've drawn. But I can see how it could happen. The movement that brings the gun up quickly and accurately and ready for a good combat grasp must get into your muscle memory and that means repitition. Lots of repitition. I actually got this holster thinking of my beloved Walther PPS, but the bigger guns work too. The Walther is more comfortable, but only a little more than the P07. Last thing; I'm sure it's due to lawyers, but this company recommends carrying without a round chambered. I think that approaches stupidity. Ttrain and make yourself safe with the gun ready to respond to attackers, who are not going to wait on you to chamber a round. It's your responsibility to be able to defend yourself, your family, and other innocent persons without harming yourself or them. You have to be ready to bring swift violence to those who will mercilessly bring it to their victims, without victimizing any unintended persons yourself. My P07j has a decocker and I use it. The Tanfoglio and the Walther (mine, that is) do not have that feature. I train to be safe, fast and accurate with all of them.

Fantastic under-the-waistband, deep concealment
Awesome, I do not have an Urban Conceal Carry holster which is basically the same thing to compare. But this one is less expensive and functional. The leather is thin which allows it to be lighter and manipulated. I did break it in by rolling the leather back and forth as if trying to roll dough. It does make retrieving the firearm easier and I don't have any problems with it catching. Only complaint is with my Ruger LC9s is that the handle is not quiet fully accessible when I pull it up, I can get to it, i just have to grab it with the webbing of by thumb and then wrap my fingers around when after I pull it up about an inch. However, this could be the fact that the leather has not molded to the firearm yet.
