Q: What inside diameter fuel lines are required to fit this new pump?

Don't know the size, But what I did was take the pump old or new one to the auto parts store they matched it up be sure and measure what length for each hose. also my motor had the original pump which is shorter in height than the new one, The parts are made in China so they will send you Metric screw bolts they wont work ,you will have to get two the same thread as your motor. and the final note is the small fuel line goes to carburetor the large to fuel tank and the last thing is do a blow back test on the new pump blow into the small fitting if you have no problem blowing air then its also put together wrong I ended up using the new parts in my old pump to rebuild it . the small spring and valve were installed on the wrong side of pump. hope this helps you.

Yes, you can rotate the housing itself, or connect a long enough outlet fuel hose without bending or kinking it should still work

It may be a little tight fit, it worked on mine. Well worth the purchase.

It may fit your motor. the pump I ordered installed fine but it would not pump fuel. took it apart and used the gaskets to repair my old pump, worked fine
