As some stated the gel that freezes starts to get loose as it thaws and you end up with it in your mouth luckily I caught it before I inhaled it. The cool is just eh definitely not cold. It’s gimmicky. It’s better than it being “plain”. Not worth the money

The gel of the ice pipe starts to leak after using it for a few times which is annoying and disgusting

Gel breaks off after 1-3 smoke. You will inhale the gel and not realize it. Worthless. I threw it away 2 days after getting it.

On the second day of use, I went to pull from the hose and got hit with a piece of the gel in my throat. the old one I had (4+years) felt like it was made from a better material this one feels off would not recommend it

I ordered the black with the metal parts and instead got a blue with plastic parts. Disappointed because I know if it drops or mishandle its going to leak. Not at all as described. Send me the correct one for the price I payed

Used it once in 20 minutes the gel inside started to come into my mouth. It was gross and I dont recommend this product to anyone

Just received my item last night, and after two uses Ive alresdy breathed in multiple pieces of gel from the ice packs. Not sure if this is a problem im only having or not.
