Excellent product. Wish I had found them sooner. Works great in my ISAT phone and just what I was looking for. Easy, fast installation and activation. A good choice if you just want something for emergency use. I will be renewing my card when I run out of time.

The reception is a little hard when close to Latitude North 60 degree,other wise it is a good product.

Very fast activation and the call quality is good. These are the best deal in sat phones. No sense in getting a contract and monthly payments if you only use the phone during hunting season. Thanks for the excellent service!!

Purchased in December 2023 (for iSatPhone2), could not get it activated via BlueCosmo’s site. Opened a ticket. All good and helpful with information after sending the SIM/ICC-ID. I was told this card was from their partner RoadPost. Not sure why since it was purchased from the BlueCosmo Amazon Store directly. When I visited RoadPost’s site, its system can’t find the SIM/ICC-ID to activate it. Not a huge loss ($10+), but very disappointed in the online activation systems, when they appear to be very simple to use and manage cards. Just purchased an Iridium GO! from BlueCosmo’s web site, with a Saturday (tomorrow) delivery, so we shall see how that goes. [UPDATE] Paid extra money for a Saturday delivery and nothing of an Iridium GO. Tried to get ahold of support on Friday with zero response, since it said the order was processing - that made me worry this was not going to happen after the extra ~$150 to get it shipped. My payment was taken out on Thursday when I ordered. What is the point of having next business day, over-night, or Saturday delivery options on in-stock items (paying the additional cost to do this), if you can’t deliver?? And zero response? With that said, I was able to pay and ‘activate’ my card on BlueCosmo’s website after, BUT it still is not activated and the order is still ‘processing’ - just like my Iridium GO order from 3 days ago. So far, over $2,400 spent, with no equipment or activation, or a response from support (other than the automated ‘we’ve created a ticket’).

Very easy to use. Just install the SIM card into the phone and go onto the website. Activation occurred within minutes and I received an email with all the information.

The product works great. But what really made me take a step back was the really fantastic service I received when I was setting it up. I made a couple of rookie errors, including typing my email incorrectly, but they called me and fixed the whole thing up - twice. Great job.
