Nice color opened it and it was nice and fresh use it in just about everything when I bread or flour any of my fish or chicken I put it in with other seasonings when I broil my salmon I put this on use it in my egg omelettes my husband uses it notoriously in his salads I think he put it on his cereal one day mistakenly thought it was cinnamon ate the cereal anyway another new use

I use turmeric in soups, in my cremed beef on salad (stopped eating bread/toast) and the benefits are awesome. The discomfort that I once had after a workout has subsided. Highly recommend this product. Please note that in order to be effective, it must be consumed on a regular basis.

I have been trying to make myself take this everyday it is horrible but this is exactly what I wanted I use honey to make it not so bad
