This bar is amazing. I struggled with acne starting at age 19 and six years later I found a simple yet effective way to cleanse my skin. I tried many other cleansers and methods of naturally cleansing my skin ie. coconut oil, lemon & honey, etc, and nothing worked without unfortunate side effects. I will say that diet was VERY important if not the most important thing. My body has a way of letting me know exactly what I shouldn't be exposing myself to by having my face breakout. I am now 90% Raw Vegan and paired with this awesome salt bar I am acne free. My skin is no longer crazy oily and does not get overly dry... it's perfect. It feels great having a solid foundation for my skin care regimen that is not filled with fragrances and weird preservatives. I still use a light moisturizer and sunscreen everyday. I love it and highly recommend! Also, I found this at my local co-op (which I am so grateful for) and order it from Amazon now since moving to a new area.

It works, whether in bar form or buy straight sea salt and soak in it, put it in your lotion or whatever. I’ve dealt with chronic inflammation that looks like seb deem or even a little like discoid lupus. This stuff does the trick (along with good diet - don’t forget diet, sleep, and stress management people! 😁)

I’ve been using this soap for over a year and my face loves it. I really simplified my routine to just the basics and it’s been a game changer. Please never stop making this!
