Fat deposits build up in excess where there is a lack of blood flow. For me this is around my abdominal mid-section (love-handles, excess belly fat, etc). This is designed to warm the area and promote blood flow which should also result in increased sweating and fat-loss. So in theory yes it should work for you. Or rather the results should be better than if you went without using it.

Will this control the stomach jiggle and stay put during ALL exercises, jumping, running, kickboxing, etc? Can you see the sweat during exercise?

It will help with the jiggle but not control all of it. It does make you sweat but you need to buy the lotion that comes with it. It stays up during exercise but I have a weird shape of body so in one side is loose & in the other side would be tight

Does this lose a lot of your belly fat or just your waist. because I really need to lose my belly fat

I have only been using it for a week now, but I think it emphasizes helping you lose belly fat. That's why I bought it. So far, so good. Down a couple inches (in combination with healthy eating).
