First of all it's very huge to hold. For short hair or medium no use. On top of that the cable length is so short that not at all possible to use without a extension box. Still if you put in extension box still the cable keeps coming out when you little bit bend or rotate your hand. Impossible to use for back side hair since the cable won't reach there. The size of the drier is very huge which is uncomfortable to use. On top of that this product is non returnable. When I checked with customer care they suggested to search a dear one to gift it. Now I am searching to whom I can gift it. For other user please don't buy it. It's so huge that you can't carry it anywhere. Only thing is It's light weighted.

Bought the same product last year it was very good. So I bought a new one for my friend which is not satisfactory for the fixes

When I turned the volumizer on, a very bad sound started coming from it and the fire started to smell like fire and as I rotated it, it started to burst very fast and heat started to be generated and smoke started to come out.... and when I call to customer care and I told every problem to them they were like I had registered your problem and you will get refund keep that product aside and other day when I am calling to the customer care a technical issue is coming and now there is no source for contacting them..... I don't know how can I get my money back because now they are not responding.
