I really like the idea of this item. I purchased it for my 4 year old autistic son because he was having an episode so I grabbed his hands and started shaking them making a vibrating feeling. He seemed to like that a lot, so I rushed to Amazon to see if they had something that would mimick the effect and I saw this pillow and thought it would be perfect for my son. Well, when I received it and gave it to my son with the vibrating option on. He didn't like it much. I think the vibrating was over stimulating. However he does like the music option and there is an option to voice record which I think is really cool.

My son loves this. It provides the right sensory experience and has become his favorite for regulation as well as just sitting on the couch.

Its a nice way to calm my son down. He squeezes it and enjoys the vibrations. I wish it wasn't so loud. But I love that you can record your voice on it

I bought this pillow for my daughter. She didn't like it; I love it but without the vibrations. They are too hard and too loud and you have to press fairly hard which spoils relaxation. I took the plastic battery holder out of the pillow (very easy to do) and now I love this pillow! I may change the insert too as it's a bit hard. But I absolutely love the tactile sensations from the little bumps. It's extremely soothing and calming for someone who fidgets a lot and needs a great deal of sensory input. I wish they sold just the cushion cover. I'd buy several!

Grandson just got this for his birthday Oct 16th and it doesn’t work anymore!

Think I’m going to end up getting another for myself. Very soothing. Perfect size for toddlers. Vibrates for two min and then powers off on its own. Just need to press center to turn on. Super soft too!

The pillow works great, however it takes a lot of hard squeezing to make it work. For my toddler granddaughter that was a challenge. She’s 3 1/2 years old.

We have been using this for a couple of days and it was so helpful with sensory overload at a large event. It has also been helpful in getting him to sleep, as he lays on it and it makes him much calmer and relaxed when sleeping. Would recommend for an autistic child who gets sensory overload easily.
