No just the kit the gun can be purchased separately the gun is reusable

Does this come with the spray gun?

only when bought with product. Then you have the gun for another job if needed

Do you have to prime what ever you plan on painting or etching primer for metal?

No but you do have to scuff up with 80 grit and wipe down the surface with acetone prior to spraying. If it’s bare metal I’d recommend a black primer first then a light sanding before raptor liner

What is the difference between 0821 and 0821V? And why choose one over the other?

V is a low VOC the regular is not for sale in California
