These capsules are a great value especially when you consider that you only need to take one a day. They are small and easy to swallow. They are certified organic by California Certified Organic Farmers which was founded 50 years ago (I looked them up) so seems legit. Honestly, I take these to help my liver out since I do occasionally/frequently like to imbibe. My lab values have been good the past couple years (I'm 42) so this supplement could be playing a part? Regardless, I will continue taking milk thistle as a supplement and prefer these for their potency and affordable pricing.

I have tried the milk thistle supplement and to my surprise I was very pleased with the product. The flavor was a little different at first for me but I was able to get past that.
