Provides the energy needfor hard workouts
Excellent product that is providing me the energy I need to make it through tough workouts while training for a triathlon.

Great for athletes!
My husband was training for a 100 mile mountain bike ride and this brand was highly recommended by the place holding it. It tastes great and is perfect for those long rides when you cannot eat. It says one serving is up to 400 calories and when you are riding for 6+ hours, you need that (he usually has two water bottles of it). We love other Skratch products too.

Works!
Works great. A little bitter at first but taste isn't terrible.

Does what it’s intended for.
I was pretty amazed by this stuff. I use their regular hydration mix with my daily work outs but had a 200 mile (in one go) bike ride this past saturday. You need to use a mixer container to get the powder into the water. It’s almost like confectioner sugar in consistency and will float on the water otherwise. I use 25 ounce water bottles so I used 8 scoops per bottle. Two of these were all I used for fueling for the first 100 miles. My stomach felt empty but I wasn’t hungry at all and had plenty of energy. Others had commented negatively on the flavor but I totally appreciated the fresh and light citrus flavor compared to the sweetness of their other products. When mixed it’s slightly thicker than their normal hydration products but still very easy to drink. I’ll be using this for 100 mile rides from now on instead of gels. As an aside, I was also supplementing with base electrolyte salts every 5 miles while using the super fuel. That may have also helped keep me going with out fatigue, but again. No stomach discomfort and not enjoyed not having that energy gel feeling. This stuff rocked and I’ll be ordering more when it’s gone.

Lemon-Lime is a gamechanger. The raspberry is kinda nasty.
I heard good things, so I picked up a bag of the lemon-lime, and have used it for long runs & bikes. Not only did I use it as hydration, but I also made a gel out of it (just adding MUCH less water). Great stuff. Sits well, and gave me enough carbs that I didn't feel depleted. Put it on subscribe-and save. 👍So I figured I order the raspberry. As soon as I opened the bag I could tell the taste was gonna be peculiar, had a mushroom-like smell. I checked the sell by date - still had 2 years of shelf life. Mixed it with water, drank it during a long bike. It kept me hydrated & charged, but it's not pleasant tasting.5 stars for lemon-lime, 2 stars for raspberry.

Don’t snort it
Listen, this stuff works great but just be prepared to question how many scoops you’ve added. 7 is an awful lot but you know what, 11 is a lot more and trust me you’ll notice which bottle is heavy on the carbs. You’ll need to stop off at the Home Depot and have them mix it up in the paint department. 10/10 would recommend

Doesn't mix at all; glue-like clumped up indigestible nastiness.
Product doesn't mix at all. It's just a gummy nasty clump up like glue all over my camelback and bottle.

Drink at will without nausea to achieve steady pace without any bonking or performance drop off
I experienced nausea with other carbo drinks during Triathlon events. I started using Skratch on a friend’s suggestion. No nausea! In fact on a tri training ride of 112 miles, I drank 6 bottles of 300 cal each for the ride and completed it in 6 hrs. Fastest time in 15 years and no performance drop off throughout the ride. I will use Skratch for my upcoming Ironman in November.
