I know to put 2 or so drops of oil in the air intake, ok, on the side there is a screw and above it say oil. How much and how often?

I would add to both comments: The damage to air tools of all kinds occurs after you finish using them. This is when they are full of moisture/water from the moist air you have been driving them with for a single use or several times a day. The few drops of oil you put in before using them is fine for general lubrication and should be repeated frequently whilst in use but the 5-10 drops (subject to tool type) you put in after you finish is what will determine the life of your tool. You must then pull the trigger with the air still connected and allow the air combined wityh the oil to displace the water that is sitting on your steel bearings and other metal components leaving behind a protective coating so it does not rust inside. 25 years of Air tool sales and repairs behind these comments.

SHOULD HAVE 1 YEAR WARANTY,YOU COULD GET IN TOUCH WITH SELLER FOR REFUN.mine still going strong us in in my body shop every day,the base is a weak point where sand paper goes,,hope this will help..

Can you wet sand with it?

Why would you wet sand with a air file? I hope you aren't doing body work by wet sanding. I wouldn't suggest it. Air files are made for small to major body repair. I would if you got it wet it would likely lock up. It isn't water proof. And I would never suggest doing body work by wet sanding. Bare metal rust when wet.

Does anyone else have a problem with this sander spitting grease/oil out of the exhaust onto your work surface?

I use tool oil It needs to be oiled , But pull the leaver it the air to get oil out of sander not on the car . Wipe it down . then use it on the car I oil daily . this will happen to a DA or any air tool .
