I bought this meal as a cheaper filler meal for a multi day through hike. Ironically it ended up being my favorite meal of the whole trip. Cheap, light, quick, and tasty. I think it’s rare to look forward to eating dehydrated food but I genuinely enjoyed this meal. My next backpacking trip will use these with some protein powder instead of having spongey eggs or biscuits and gravy for the 5th morning in a row.

I really like the taste of this breakfast, and it could not be easier to prepare - just add cold water! I will always have some of these on-hand as a backup, in case for whatever reason I don't have other breakfast items in the house and can't get out.

I love that mountain house’s freeze dried foots last for 30 years! I haven’t cracked this one open, but even shipped through Amazon, no packaging was damaged. Great quality product!
