My hair is thinning. It’s also quite fine. This shampoo makes it stand up a little bit better. Makes me look like I have a little more hair than I really do. It helps prevent shedding. My hair always feels clean. I recommend using Shampoo conditioner. The black edition is my favorite. The shampoo is the same, in the blue bottle and in the black bottle. The Black Edition as a way cooler bottle. It also has a nice gentle scent. The blue bottle one has no scent. This is the best shampoo I’ve used in years. I would recommend that the company import just the black bottle, and forget about the blue bottle edition.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like the way it makes my scalp feel and my hair smell. It’s really a great product. Although I like the original scent better. Also I buy Alpecin because it’s a great product and Alpecin supports cycling. From the UCI teams to our local Crits, Tulsa Tough, Alpecin is there to support cycling, so I support Alpecin.

This shampoo is honestly amazing it makes your hair feel energized and like it’s actually helping it get stronger and healthier. I’m using it to help reduce my hair from falling and to hopefully get it to grow more. I love it as well does my family. I highly recommend this product.

This shampoo did a great job of making my hair feel clean. It did nothing to regrow my hair thinning hair.

I’ve only had this product for short time, 2nd bottle, and what I’ve noticed so far is that this product has greatly stopped my hair loss; but it will take another month or so to see rejuvenation and/or hair growth, as that is a longer process from what I have researched. But, for now, I am very pleased with the almost complete stoppage of hair loss, which is a major plus; so, I’ll keep using this product even if hair growth doesn’t return, for it has stopped my hair loss greatly.Update to this review; works so good that I just bought 2 more bottles for me and 1 for my wife.

My hair, beard, and head of hair has never felt better. I only hope it helps maintain what little hair I have left.Also another question: I have had a most beautiful beard for more than 33 years actually winning the "Best of Show" for several Best Beard Contest's around the State of Wisconsin. In one case I won 4 cases of beer, Door County Brewing sweatshirts and more than 150 friends to this very day. Is there any specific shampoo or conditioner to enhance growth and fullness specifically designed for beards??? I'll buy a case and spread the news around the State of Wisconsin!!! Thanks!!!

Tooooooooooooo much perfume. I have to air out the bathroom after hub showers. After his hair dries I can smell it across the dinner table or beside him in the car. Don't know how it works yet as only used product one week.
