Well made and easy to operate, gives a consistent tamp pressure which is essential when making coffee.

Materials are good, design is beautiful, handling is perfect, price is hight. This tamper is really bad for the price: pressure advertised is 30 pound (completely not true even a little lower than 20), it comes with only one spring at difference of others manufacturers (without mentioned de Name) that comes with 3: 15,25,30 pound), it doesn’t have support on the portafilter so 2/3 times I made not really flat tamping. Manufacturer has a lot of work to do with this tamper

Feels like a quality unit, works well, has taken one of the main variables out - so now I just have to focus on grind coarseness and dose.
