Excellent for hair skin amd nails

Aging has made me more attentive to the condition of my hair, skin, and nails, and I'm on the lookout for anything that can help maintain their health. I have been using this product for over a year and have been able to tell the difference in my nails in particular. I had been using a product that didn’t have keratin and didn’t get the results I was looking for. This product has both the biotin and keratin needed for healthy hair, skin, and nails. When I use this product daily I have much less trouble with brittle and cracked nails.

My hair had become unbelievably thin, and fragile. In so many ways. I have been taking this for about a year or so now. Desperate to try to have healthy hair again. I use great salon products, so that was not the issue. I have been a vegetarian for close to 20 years now, so that may have caught up with me a little bit. the tablets are very large in size, they are incredibly difficult to swallow, and you need to take 4 of them (I didn’t finish them because I couldn’t swallow them)
