Broken
I ordered this mug and it came broken and damaged I returned it and ordered another one and guess what it’s more damaged and broken also 🤦🏻♀️

Poor Quality
Print is ok but the mouth of the cups are chapped... It seems a hard object like knife was used. It has four markings on the mouth that might cause injury if used in drinking. The other one is round in shape.

Delayed delivery of imperfect piece.
I wonder why repeat problems arise for Mug with letter M, while other letters were alright in first attempt. Thanks for efforts nevertheless. Following need improvement:1. Delivery time was too long2. First round broken piece at grip3.Second round it was minor damage at rimSince time of delivery is tiring & this time error is very minor, product is in use, however it would be nice to use a perfect piece, similar to other mugs in use of other letters which were previously delivered perfect inside out.

Extremely poor quality
Do not buy. One cup arrived broken. The second cracked the first time hot water was poured into it. Extremely fragile for a coffee mug. Don’t buy.
