Product is good and worth but they are not delivering all the product in my pack tube colour was missing

Worst dont buy
The media could not be loaded. The prouduct is the worst. Everything seemed to be used and spoiled. The sharpner was broken. The mechanico eraser and sharpners were dirty. Also this is completely different from what i ordered. It din contain wqter color tubes and other things which was displayed in the amazon. Dint expect such a dirty product from seller. Bought is for gifting.. cant even use it for personal use
