Does it work on short hair?

My hair is shoulder length and it does work but it’s not so easy, I find it difficult to use since the barrels are so big.

So this is just a giant crimper? Why advertise as a curling iron?

Kinda but it's more like wavy lines. I would definitely check out some you tube videos and pictures. I really like mine I have flat straight hair and this gives it a nice change up.

Can this work on a graduated bob style?

I would say it would on the longer part of your hair but the barrel is a total of 3 inches I believe so it might not work as well on shorter layers of your hair.

How long does it take to crimp hair?

It actually depends on the length and thickness of your hair. If you have longer passed your shoulders and thick hair like mine it takes about a half hour to 45 minutes. Shorter and thinner hair would take much less time.
