Power Balance Silicone Wristband Bracelet LARGE (Black with White Letters)

I had one of these (same brand) years ago and loved it, so when I found the badly worn out item in my jewelry box I decided to find a new one. It does seem to make me a bit more steady on my feet, which is great because I now also suffer from vertigo. The larger size works with wearing my watch on the same wrist so no complaints. If you wear it by itself and have average sized wrists for a woman, you might prefer a medium. This does nothing for the vertigo, but I’m not tripping and falling so it’s helping with my existing balance issues. Is it gimmicky? Maybe. Does it make me feel better? Yes. I will stick with it.

It is really good at making me feel dumb! Lol I am joking. I enjoy the wrist band because at the very least I use it as a visual reminder to do my best. Life is too short to squander experience.

I have bought about 5 or 6 of these bracelets, and I found that when I first wore one that I had some interesting feelings of energy moving down from my head and neck, tingling sort of sensations. I then wore it while sleeping, and found that I had the sensation of energy moving around in my body again, but after the first week of wearing one I no longer had any further sensations or feelings of having more energy. I do think that there is something to these, however I don't also don't think that they are all they talk them up to be. I do cardiovascular and weight training every day, and I can't say I noticed any difference wearing one then when not wearing one in terms of strength or flexibility. Also, I am currently wearing my second one and the in both of my bracelets the rubber starts to break in the same spot, so they are not made to last for very long. Check it out if you are interested, I found one here on Amazon for under $10.00, and even if it is placebo effect, and it helps you to feel more powerful and grounded in your daily life then it could be worth it. These wristbands are if anything sort of in fashion, and have been ever since those Lance Armstrong ones came out in the early 2000's, so you can feel special when wearing one if nothing else.

It’s huge. One size does not fit all. It was way overpriced at $10. After buying this I saw others looking very much like the one I bought for $3. And does it work? I can’t imagine it does. Hocus Pocus-I fell for a balance bracelet. Fool for a Day Award. Live and learn. Don’t waste your money.

My 3rd one in 9 years. I do not take mine off. Period! While not a heavy athelete, I am active in daily life (and shower 1-2 times daily) It does need replacing every 'x' year. ~~ I have recovered from a stroke (17 years) and a horrific auto accident a couple years ago. Just using this band noticably helps my balance. ~ At the brain injury meetings I attend, I have given mine to a couple of other stoke paitents who were exhibiting definite problems. Every 1 (of the three) ordered their own ... returning mine to me in less than two months. ~ An elderly neighbor started with balance difficulty ... I gave him my spare one ... he has worn it daily ever since.I won't be without one.
