Unable to find in local stores, so had to order from Amazon. More expensive than same product WITH MSG! 🤔 Great spice mix for tomatoes on toast, making crostini, omelets, veggies, hamburgers, etc. Don't be afraid to experiment!

I use it on all my meats

I adapted this from a recipe online. 1 cup cashew pieces, soaked overnight or in boiled water for 30-60 min.1 cup water, scant. juice of half a lemon, 4 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes, 2 tablespoons real Dijon mustard,1 garlic clove minced, 1 Tablespoon of Konriko Greek Seasoning.Drain the soaked cashews, and place in a high speed blender along with all the other ingredients. Stir to wet the powder and flakes on top, then blend until thickened and smooth, changing the speed from low to med to high until a nice thickness is obtained. You can stop and rest the blender and start again on low. Store in refrigerator in 2 cup mason jars for about a week.

This is my "go to" seasoning regardless of if I am cooking chicken, pork, beef, or seafood. At first I bought it hoping it would make foods taste like a good gyro and it actually does. But you can apply this flavor to just about any food group. This past weekend I made a Boston Pork Butt and used this seasoning + garlic powder to roast in oven on low (200-250F) all day. It was the best pork I had in ages. I highly recommend this seasoning, and do not just buy one . . . buy many because you will regret it when you are out. Also try it with shrimp and vegs on the grill - this is amazing as a pre-grill shrimp seasoning and/or marinade ingredient.
