Less milk for best result
It is thick as described but only if you put just 100ml of milk which is half mug only . Tastes good though

Not worth the hype
I bought this because of the hype of the thickness and it doesn't live up to the trends. In my opinion, it's overpriced and nothing special.

Extremely short date
I love this hot chocolate so decided to buy some for a friend’s birthday gift. Five sachets for 6.99 is very expensive when the use by/best before date is in three weeks.
