Worst product waste of money !
I never write reviews on any products but for this one I have to write within 3-4 uses it just broke into 2. After all of care , following all directions and handling gently still it got broke. Really disappointing !

Hairline cracks after 3 months
Update!!! After 7 months it’s done now, I was so enthusiastic about it and now it feels like just a waste of money! I don’t know if I want to but another clay pot or not 😔😔!!!(It was perfect but after 3 months down, I see hairline cracks on side as well as bottom. Feeling so bad because I was so extra careful with heat and everything else. I am trying different approaches to seal it. I hope it seals. 😔)

Cracked after a couple months of use!
Very disappointed! The pot cracked after a couple months of use! This was not a cheap pot and I was so excited about it. I was very careful since I received a pot and I followed everything that should be done to prevent cracking. Very bad quality!

Cracked on first use
We used this pot for the first time yesterday and it cracked right around. We were mindful to use low heat but inspite of that it cracked through and through right during cooking now we are stuck with an expensive unusable pot. We did notice some cracks prior to using it but were told it’s just the sealing. I would think twice before buying this pot and do not recommend it.

Bad quality
The media could not be loaded. Very cheap quality and very expensive for such down market product. Just in 3 weeks it has cracked from base, sides and the lid has also cracked. I have been using clay pota since a rwally long time from other sources and they are atill good. Inspite of carefully handling and doing everything recommended to ise a claypot it has broken. Extremely disappointing and saddening.

Cover cracks after using it once
Cover got crack with just using one time. Customer support is not responding.

Very nice product.
Very good quality, neat and clean finishing. Its bit expensive compared to other manufacturers but am satisfied with it.
