Arrived quickly and before promised. Perfect fit for my VTech CS5119 (EP5995/102/103) hand set. Came partially charged for immediate use. We’ll see how long it lasts because I upgraded to a 1000mah from 800mah that originally came with the phone. If anything changes I will add or edit this review...but for now...so far so GREAT!!!

The battery was listed in the ad as a replacement for the original Panasonic battery in our cordless phone. The battery received was much thicker than the original battery making it impossible to close the battery compartment cover...

Seems to be a great replacement for the Panasonic battery. Fits well in my (old) V-Tech phone.

Battery perfectly fit the phone we needed it for. Also, I have to compliment their customer service. I originally ordered the wrong number (104 instead of 103). Return and new battery delivery were both seamless.

I had to return the battery because it would not hold a charge. However, it might be my very old phone that made it lose the charge so quickly.

Bought these for my phones and they work just fine. Good price too.

This battery is just about too small to be used. I ordered them based on being a 102/103 battery specified for our AT&T phones. The last ones we ordered came with a small rubber spacer (same as original niCd batteries to fill a small space at the back as well as keep good contact with the phone. These had no spacer, and when I pulled the ones from the last NiMH batteries, they still would not fit. I had to cut up and fold a business card at the back end to maintain a good, or any, contact between the batteries and the phones. These get 3 stars because the did charge up okay, and seem to be holding a charge okay. They did not get 5 stars because they are made to absolute minimum specs, and were I not in desperate need of batteries, would have returned them to Amazon and purchased a different brand.

Desafortunadamente la batería no recibe carga. Desconozco si es por bateria defectuosa o por teléfono descompuesto. No tengo otro teléfono funcionando para corroborar el detalle. Tampoco sabría como solicitar un reembolso o remplazo por no poder probar defecto alguno.
