Natural Factors 66910 Magnesium Citrate Capsules (150mg, 90 Pieces)

I really love the Magnesium Citrate by Natural Factors. I have been taking Magnesium Citrate for several years and I really have found it works great with my body to help fight allergies and reduce water swelling. I have also begun taking this when I have unusual heart beats. I have tried several brands and this seems to work better for me than any other brand I have found. I take it every morning and evening with my meals, and have not had any negative side affects in all the years I have used it. I do however know when I don't take it regularly.

I would definitely recommend this product. It has just the right amount (150 mg) for each capsule to take 50% (600 mg) of magnesium, along with 1,200 mg of Calcium. As we age (I am 54 years old), we need both of these essential vitamins, so we don't end up with a hump on our backs. Especially, if you are like me, who doesn't drink enough milk (4 glasses a day is required) and the magnesium...I probably don't eat the right foods to get the right nutrition....so I have to supplement with vitamins. No other manufacturer has 150 mg of magnesium citrate in each capsule and at a fair price, too.
