These were delivered well packaged and on time. However I could smell the chemical fragrance before I opened two boxes and without opening the actual packaging. I am a allergic to chemical scents both breathing wise and on my skin. As far as I could ascertain there was no indication of this in the products blurb.I contacted Always customer services by email and had a reply in a couple of days. They were very helpful but said that I would need to place a return request to Amazon as the items were unopened and unused. The normal returns request did not work for this specific item however I went through customer services automated chat response and was immediately given a refund with no obligation to return the item. What brilliant customer service from both Always and Amazon. I have a Prime account so not sure whether this makes a difference or not. UPDATE April 25 I have found that Aldi Sansa are the best cheap pads, they are long and work well. Unlike Lidl which are very short.

Excellent price and excellent delivery

Your product is great but unfortunately amazon failed to deliver- I am a prime customer and now have always on regular delivery at home, I am staying with my son in Verwood after my husband passed away and did not bring enough with me. I have never had a poor service at home in Dumfries and expected the same here. Thankfully I should be back home next weekend, I have cancelled my order so my son will pay a visit to Morrisons to buy a couple of packets.regardsjenny griggs
