Best drip irrigation fittings
I love all the perma-loc parts from Drip Depot. I bought directly from them when I set up my drip irrigation system and can attest that their products are high quality and stand up to high heat and UV. I got these elbows to help me tie in some new containers to my existing system.I’ve used cheaper parts from other brands and almost all of them have failed. The perma-loc is far superior to everything else I’ve tried. They’re a little more expensive than others but it’s worth it for the reliability. I won’t have to replace these any time soon.

Good fittings - poor delivery
The fittings are fine and work well. The problem is the delivery. I paid extra for quicker delivery and it still took 12 days to get here. I don't know why an responsible company uses USPS anymore. They just are not reliable.

Works with all brands of 1/2” tubing that seem to vary in size between manufacturers.
Over the years, I have used drip waste ting systems in my yard and garden. I buy what is available and sometimes the tubing is slightly different sizes, despite being called 1/2”. This connectors allow me to join the different brands with ease. If I decide later to move the connection, I just loosen the lock but and pull the tube off, and I can reuse the connector somewhere else. These also hold up to higher pressures than the push on barb type connectors. I recommend these to anyone who uses drip watering at their house. They will appreciate that they are a quality product at a good price.

Awesome. Buy these now!
I feel like I should include this disclaimer any time I give a positive review - I bought this with my own money, and I have had no communication with the vendor. These have screw threads. So you slide the distribution tubing in, and tighten the screw. Nothing is simpler, and MOST importantly, it is EASY. People with weak hands, arthritic hands can do it. I bought the compression elbows, and even with boiling water to dip it into, I could not shove the tubing in. This was EASY!The most important thing - DO NOT FORGET! The screws screw the wrong way. Meaning tighten anti-clockwise.

Soak with hot water first, and position connector before tightening!
As other reviewers have noted, it's a tight fit. I don't have very strong hands, and it was not easy to wiggle these onto the 1/2" tube. I found that the suggested trick of soaking the tube in hot water for 30 seconds to be *extremely* helpful -- without it, I'd probably still be struggling. Once on, the connectors tighten easily and don't leak at all.One tip -- before you tighten the connectors, make sure the angle is lying the way you want. Once the connector is tightened, the hose is not going anywhere.

Good product!
Very easy to use, no leaking. Easy to replace tubing by unscrewing, pulling off old tubing and replacing with new tubing. Unfortunately I bought and used compression-type (non-reusable) connectors before I found out about these and wasted some tubing and connectors when I needed to reconfigure the irrigation system. I wish I'd known about these before! The only negatives are that they tighten/loosen in the opposite direction of what you'd expect (not "right-tight, left-loose"), and they are a bit pricey.
