They immediately contacted me and made good by sending the item I had originally ordered. Quality valet, clothing holder. Super durable and heavy duty. Includes two different size screws. Right now I’ve chosen to use the shelving pugs. Fit perfectly in closet and ticks away. Ease to install!

The rod is really well made from superior materials. It will last forever and it is pretty in my closet. Very good value!

Bought these purely for utilitarian purposes. Easy installation. Nothing exciting to report other than it does the job. Priced right. Removed one star because the end is round so clothes slip off unless you put them on a hanger. If I did that, then I may as well hang them up.

I am so happy with the quality of this product. heavy weight thick metal perfect to use for when I steam my clothes. came with 2 type of screws just depending on if you are putting it into the closet system or into the wall. I installed it myself with a regular screw driver so no power tool was needed ..... but would have sped up the process. I read reviews on all products like this and this one had the best reviews and the bad ones it did get are totally unfounded. the holes on the valet bar are nice and long and accommodated the panel i installed it on.

No issues. Works attachment to my Pax system was easy, nice to have screws that fit perfectly into the system. Looks pretty.
