Works great, little learning curve. Have to palm lock enter a random 2 digits then your code.Highly recommend.. easy to track who’s entering property

Overall nice idea. When the lock was installed and the cable put into the empty space as per instructions the lock would jam and would be really difficult to open even with the key. If the connection piece of the cable was a bit slimmer in design would have worked better.

Easy to install but not best design as you have to touch the lock for keypad to light up which usually results in you entering a wrong digit.

I've purchased three of these locks for two different properties, and unfortunately, they have proven to be nothing but useless. The batteries drain quickly and the entire keypad stops functioning and requires a reset.The most frustrating part is that you can only reset the lock if you're physically present at the property, which defeats the purpose of having this type of lock (at least for us!).Even though two of the locks are just a year old, they have both needed replacement. As for the third lock, it's only been four months, and it has already gone through three sets of batteries and now doesn't work at all.Save yourself the time and headaches and avoid purchasing these locks!

easy to install and to get running, works great!

I ordered two of these locks for my VRBO STR. I wanted the remote functionality so that I could help guests should they have trouble opening the door. Both locks failed almost immediately. It is hard to say whether this was just a battery issue (i.e. the lock completely drains very high end batteries in a matter of a couple of days), or an issue with the locks themselves. Either way, they are essentially worthless. Mine failed simultaneously so that I couldn't open either door. I replaced the batteries on one after a few days of usage and it began working intermittently, then it once again completely failed after 2 days. Needless to say, they can't be trusted and I will be sending both locks back for a refund. You have been warned! if you need this functionality, you had best look elsewhere.

This is a scam, not even kwikset. Knockoff and they ask the same price I didn't even notice till I started to install and noticed the app isn't kwikset or anything labeled kickstand at all. Very disappointing

Bought in August of 21. Totally dead by Christmas. Do not buy.
