After receiving and open the battery case from agent , the battery case cannot charge my phone , while the battery case charge it self tried to remove and return , switch of and on many times in many way …. Not working at all

Rubber material on case that allows better grip is peeling off after less than 1 month use. Also, the case itself comes flush to the phones face. I use glass screen protectors and have broken 3 screen protectors because the added glass is higher than the case. If you drop your phone with this case on, you are almost certain to break a screen protector at a minimum. Just happy the screen protectors did their job.

El equipo desde que lo compre hace un par de semanas, ya dejo de funcionar al día de hoy, no toma carga, por lo cual quisiera saber si posee algún tipo de garantía, ya que el mismo al día de hoy no funciona, de veras puedo decir que estoy bastante insatisfecho por la compra y lo defectuoso de esta funda cargadora.El proveedor esta atendiendo mi solicitud y cambiara la funda, para reemplazar la que vino con defectos, agradezco la atencion oportuna de este proveedor, el cual ha respondido de forma expedita.Actualizo la reseña el proveedor hizo el cambio del cargador sin problemas, muy amable

This charging case does exactly what it’s supposed to do. My phone was dying nearly every day and couldn’t make it through a day without needing to be charged. Since buying this charger (I’ve had it around a month), it lasts ALL day until I charge it when I go to sleep. I wish it was waterproof and/or had a built in screen protector, but besides those, it’s a great case.

Bought this only because i read in a review that it worked for someone whos battery wasnt holding a charge anymore but it actually does not work for that at all. It will charge the phone up and then once it senses the phone is at 100% it stops and then your phones battery begins to die very quickly and then just shuts off like if you didnt have the extra weight of a battery case connected

I purchased this case to replace a Moxie battery pack that was no longer holding a charge. At first glance, it was not very impressed. But in using it, it provides so much backup power that I was surprised and have com,e to love it. Due to the success of the battery case, I'm happy to keep my iPhone 8 for a while longer!
