Got this for my very picky eater. It says to mix in thickened liquids or food. We tried yogurt first and it does leave a chalky after taste so she wouldn't eat it. BEST WAY TO INCORPORATE Dissolve in very hot water (about 30ml works well.) Then can mix in anything. She drinks it in her milk no problem like this.

No matter what I mix this with, this supplement overpowers it and makes whatever I'm drinking incredibly gross. Even tried doing it gummy form and no dice. All because I'm allergic to everything and this is the safe supplement? I'd rather take 50 pills a day than this 😬 It doesn't fully dissolve. Like ever. Not odorless, colorless, or flavorless. I wish you the best of luck if you're forced to use this

I started using this for my elderly mother about a year ago, it was recommended to me by our pharmacist for an alternative to regular vitamins since she was having difficulty swallowing the capsules. My mom’s doctor approved. It works great. I mix it in her Boost shakes. I have not encountered any issues with it not dissolving. She’s not complained about the taste, or encountered any issues with digestion. I have also never had any issues with the product not being properly sealed. It has helped. I would recommend it.

The best part of this supplement is that it dissolves completely in water so you don't have to keep swishing it around before you drink it.

Very sticky powder and you can easily detect the taste in any drink it is put in. Was bummed this didn't work out.

These vitamins are great for picky kids my autistic 3 yr old wont take any other vitamins but this one its oderless tasteless n colorless which is amazing easy to hide we put it in her chocolate milk and she dont know the difference with or without it the product is amazing my only issue is with this seller the last time i ordered this on amazon bc it was cheaper n faster delivery but wen it arrived it was not sealed so thats why i havent given it 5 stars the product deserves 5+ stars the the seller deserves 1 or 2. For it not being sealed n u cant return this item idk if the seller is taking some out of every container or what but i am giving it another $55 dollar chance if this container comes tampered with AGAIN I will be back to update my review and i WILL NOT buy this from amazin again! I will spend the extra 20 bucks to kno my child is getting untampered with vitamins n that it is what it is suppose to be n its all there! (product is 10 dollars more plus 10 to ship from another site) do better seller! The only reason i gave 4 stars is bc the product is great n my child wont accept any other vitamin in any form or Flavor i wish i could rate the product seperate from the seller bc seller deserves 1 star!

Amazing ! Just add it to a smoothie and doesn’t change color or flavor. Kids can’t taste any difference; and my kids inspect everything to make sure I’m not hiding vitamins in their drinks and foods . I add it to my smoothies also . I also put it in their oatmeal . Has so many great ingredients and health benefits . Confused why so many people are not trying it with different options . Missing out for their children

If you are searching for a vitamin for you ARFID kid this would not be a good option. I have a 15 yr old who has an extremely limited diet and is sensitive to taste smell and packaging. He has a few safe foods one being vanilla yogurt. I desperately wanted this to work it’s packed with so much but unfortunately it had a chalky taste and turned the yogurt pinkish orangish. Tried it in his juice it turned it a weird milky color. Tried using hot water again pinkish orangish color. Still on the hunt for something since this didn’t work. Update: the company reached out and I found the response genuine. While I still wish this had worked for us it doesn’t mean that it wouldn’t work for someone else, it’s jam packed with tons of vitamins. I’ve updated my rating based on the customer service provided.
