Veramente eccezionale!!!
Dopo qualche mese di utilizzo devo dire che, seguendo attentamente le istruzioni di utilizzo e il buon senso in generale dell'utilizzo delle lame (non sono uno Chef), devo dire che questo coltello ha in pieno soddisfatto le mie aspettative...consigliato

Pas déçu de mon achat. Le couteau a du style, un mélange d'élégance et de légèreté. Et il coupe très bien à la sortie de boîte. Pas encore eu besoin d'affûter. J'adore la marque et leurs design de couteaux Surtout la série Phantom, qui apparemment n'est plus fabriquée (dommage)
