Spyderco! Irre gutes Kochmesser unschlagbares Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis
KAUFEN!

Good quality santoku knife
Nice knife, comes out of the box very sharp, good quality steel too! You can pay a lot more for a good santoku knife or get one of these, for the price & quality you can't go wrong with Spdyderco kitchen knives

I’m the kind of person where I have one kitchen knife, that does everything. I have chosen this knife for such a task and it has proven to be a good pick so far. It can do all the heavy lifting and even finer work of a smaller knife. Get rid of the dull sub 100 dollar butcher block set and get yourself one badass kitchen knife like this that can do most things adequately. You won’t be disappointed. It has held its edge quite well, but I do recommend stropping it here and there to keep its ninja katana sharpness.

Spyderco Santuoco has light weight and blade has razor sharpness at a very good price - a winning combination
This is not a Santuoco, the blade shape is exactly the same as a Wusthoff East West knife. I think Wusthoff is correct. The East West blade shape became popular with Furi knives, and their being featured on Rachel Ray cooking shows. It has a broader blade than a standard Santuoco which makes it better for scooping food you have chopped and transferring it to a cooking pan or salad, and in addition has a curved front of the cutting blade lending it to the western style of rocking the blade to chop as in a western chef knife. The Spyderco knife is a very good value. It is lighter than some others which may be a plus for some people, and it is ridiculously sharp. My only downgrade is for the handle, but don't get me wrong it isn't a show stopper. The handle is made of a very strong resin, and is a little thin when compared to the Zhen or the Wustoff alternatives. However the handle does not detract from its use and the Spyderco is an excellent tool for your kitchen kit.

Do not buy this knife! It spots and tarnishes with the littlest of use.
I received this knife and used only a few times. To clean it I would wash it by hand and dry it and it started developing spots and tarnishes on the knife. Not practical for a kitchen knife at all. Buyers beware too if you use the knife you can't return it. If you are a serious cook shop elsewhere and save your money!
