I like taking them, but capsules are a little big

Have ben using this product for a while now and looks like it works. I feel well and no worse and there is no aftertaste. However the capsules are a bit hard to swallow because of their size so take them with plenty of water but don't chug the capsules or the water down - take your time. Wish the capsules were a bit smaller.

My sister recommended these, and I'm happy I tried them! I have had elevated triglycerides for years now. The fish oil pills initially made me burp and taste fish. The taste was horrible and had me gagging, so I would not take them. These burpless fish pills do none of that. I have been taking these for a couple of months now with no burping or horrible fish taste; plus, my triglyceride levels are dropping in the right direction.

Don't know if it's helping with cholesterol or blood pressure, time will tell. Taking 0,1,2, a day depending on my memory. Having to take it with food is outside my normal pill taking time.
