I find this brand works. I used another brand when ran out on the road. I do not find the same quality of sleep. It was mentioned in another review to take with L-Theanine. A high absorbing Magnesium such as BioEmblem can help also

Unfortunately this did nothing for me. Everyone is different so that doesn't mean that others will not benefit. That is why I did not rate lower. The product itself is high quality.
