Not sure why the fuss with other reviews
It’s great! Perfect fit with the glass bottle that you buy separately. My baby has no problem drinking from it or sucking the water up. I tried it just in case and 0 problems. The straw size is so much better for smaller mouths competed to the hydro flask for kids so that is a huge plus. No leaks, no complaints.

Straw top doesn’t work properly
I am sadly disappointed in the product seeing that the price point is a little high for it to not work properly. When trying to suck through the straw, it’s mostly air coming out. Not impressed

Disappointing to be honest
I was super excited to transition my toddler to this nontoxic cup that works in multiple ways depending on what top you screw on. The straw cap top was the one I was most excited about because my little one loves to drink from a straw but I found him getting frustrated when trying to drink. Out of curiosity, I tried to drink out of it and it was sucking up lots of air and not much liquid. Not sure if I have a defective one or if they just aren't that great. We now only use the hard or soft sippy cup top option.

Disappointed
The top of the straw (mouth piece) wiggles so it is constantly letting air get caught with little to no suction. It’s basically impossible for my toddler to use with me holding the mouthpiece in place. I’m super disappointed because I love the cup itself, but this top is a waste of money unless they redesign it. I hope they will so we can use these cups again. Not cheap either. Frustrated and disappointed for sure.

Does not work
I even reached out to their customer service and they sent me multiple replacements. None of them work. Expensive bottles and very disappointing that we cannot use them.

Leaks!
I love lifefactory products and was super happy with the soft sippy caps. We switched to these when we weaned my baby off the bottle and these leak so bad! Plus she sucks in a lot of air. I'd recommend lifefactory for baby bottles but not this lid.

More expensive but worth it
I can't recommend the Lifefactory Pivot Straw Cap enough. It's a must-have accessory for kids who are on the go without sacrificing quality.
