If this is a women's perfume why are all the reviews are written by men?

It is definitely unisex. Anyone can wear it and smell great in my opinion.

Does the extrait last longer than the regular scent? How long does it last on average? And do you need the same amount as the regular? Thank you!!

This scent is has higher concentration of oils, with that being said, the longevity of the fragrance really depends on how your body chemistry reacts to the fragrance. On average the fragrance will last anywhere from 4 to 7 hours, once again I want to emphasis that fact that will really depend on how your body chemistry reacts to the fragrance. You will not need to spray as much, on an average, one to two sprays is a good starting point.

Is this men's, women's or unisex?

It is a wonderful women's fragrance found in the women's part of most upper end fragrance stores. This maker does make some men's fragrances but this is not one of them nor would I think it would be considered unisex. If you are looking for Unisex, I know a lot of Tom Ford's fragrances are considered unisex and can also be layered with some of his other fragrances. Hope this helps. Kathlene D. from Louisiana
