SMITH Hudson Elite Sunglasses

I like everything about these glasses. I have four pair, with different lenses for different conditions. I use them for Trap and Skeet and sporting clays. I have found that with glasses designated for shooting just don't fit my face wearing a ballcap, so I started using the Smiths. I had used them for golf, and I really like the lenses and fit. My only negative might be that the lenses get scratched eventually but I think I'm pretty rough on sunglasses.

Only sunglasses I buy! Lenses are tough yet have great quality! Comfortable too!

I am an active duty Marine and spend a lot of time on the range. These meet all of my needs as well as look and feel great. As soon as I took them out of the box I put them on and was happy with my purchase! I have been looking for a pair that fits just right and see myself buying many more when these wear out. Other things I use them doing is fishing, running, bike riding, and boating. ps..not a generic post, I made sure to ask my wife first how they looked on me...she loves the look!

These are the only sunglasses that fit my face well. The polarized lenses are worth the extra price. I left one pair on the car dash and it warped the frame and lens to a point the lens pops out a little on the bottom, my bad though. The lenses are usually the first thing to make them unusable. The frames and hinges are very durable. My latest pair have Rx lenses.

These sunglasses are great for travel, driving and have the right Lense. they go with me when I travel!

These fit perfectly on my head, they are made for smaller type faces and longer heads rather then fatter or rounder faces. The detail you see out of these is very clear and crisp as well as sharp.They are excellent for sunlight or very bright light conditions. Not good for low light or darker conditions.They seem very durable and I will write back regarding them in later months to see how they withstand the test.*Ballistic doesn't mean they are bullet proof as some have asked, let's make that clear!My only concern is that when testing against a computer screen for correct polarization, I notice what they call "stress marks" in the farthest corners of both sides of the lenses, this doesn't seem, to affect my vision when they are on but very noticeable in testing. They say it is caused by stress or heat.

Sadly disappointed. I have had Smith Optics in the past and these are not up to standard. Both lenses were distorted and discolored in the corners like the lens was not properly shaped for the frame. I hope mine were an anomaly. Returned.Update - *Knowing that Smith Optics makes a good product I reordered the same sunglasses from an "official" vendor, they were a little more money but the quality problem was resolved. The Elite Hudson is an excellent pair of sunglasses and I am happy with the fit and quality.

2 years of use and I have had no issues with these. They have been dropped several times and even sat on and no issues. I do use them while shooting outdoors, including competitive shooting events. They have taken multiple direct hits from pieces of lead bouncing back off steel targets without issue, not even a scratch.

The only negative that I can think of is the lens doesn't look any more scratch resistant than a normal 20$ pair of glasses. The frame is made of a light plastic that feels very more sturdy than the average however.

Great pair of ballistic glasses. I use these for airsoft and they provide clear vision, comfort and protection. I used to own the Pyramax IForce glasses and the lenses were scratched by to BBs. Not good.

Casi Perfectas, son lo que buscaba unas gafas deportivas de tamaño pequeño.Añadir que son de muy buena calidad y aunque se me han caído muchas veces continúan col nuevasLa relación calidad-precio excepcional , muchas mejores que otras marcas más comerciales que hacen este tipo de gafas.Si tuviera que ponerles una pega sería que se aflojan los tornillos de las patillas , algo que se soluciona con facilidad en un momento.Pasado 1,5 años de uso y verdadero maltrato de ellas los cristales estéticamente se han rayado pero no afecta a la visión siendo casi imperceptible, pero si que ya estoy buscando unas nuevas .Por lo que veo han subido de precio ya que yo pagué por ellas 95€ .

Tight to the face and comfy when shooting. They stay in place and have nice lenses.
