I bought this after carefully reviewing and comparing it with other brands, and here's my review. I'll start with PROs: 1. The mop itself is great. It's easy to assemble and use. 2. Long enough cord, which is great for larger rooms 3. Different steam levels to match your cleaning needs 4. Option to insert scented pads (little round pads that are inserted into the mop's cloth to adda fresh scent to your flooring. CONS: 1. You have to carefully and precisely vacuum the floors beforehand. 2. Spare parts are hard to find 3. Original spare scented pads are pricey, difficult to find, and took a long time to be delivered 4. Unlike some other brands, this mop cannot be used on vertical surfaces like mirrors or tiled walls. I imagine in the future, I'd go with a crosswave though, but for a steam mop, this one is just great.

I just started to use this steam mop. It is good and I trust the brand but when it comes to buy replacement mop pads you have some troubles. It’s really difficult to find and the available ones arrive approximately in a month. I would have bought another brand if I knew this. It comes with only 2 pads.

So easy to use and put together! Everything is sooo clean!

The machine has a sound and steam is not really coming,, need to fix it please or change it,, this is not working properly

It not convenient to use at all compared to the previous steam mop I bought which was literally half the price. Also it stopped working in 2 months .

It was an exciting item to have in the household. Price was unbelievable. But when I opened the box, the unit was not really a new piece. There were scratches on the handle, no user manual, normally will come with a formula. The unit is working though but not happy with a used or refurbished unit. At least seller has to mention if the unit is used or refurbished, maybe I did not purchase the unit.

This is easy to use and easy to fill with water as the water tank comes off. It smells lovely when you are cleaning and for some time afterwards due to the little powerfresh disc that is in it. It has a nice long electrical lead so you can use it in several rooms without having to keep unplugging it. It is nice and light and cleans the floors very well.

Does what it says on the tin

This is the first and only steam mop I have ever purchased. It is excellent on my lino and tiled floors but I did not realise that the hot steam would damage my laminate flooring in the living room. It was the main reason I purchased it as the area is large and was a pain to clean. A lot of the edges of the laminate strips have bubbled and split so I am really disappointed. The brand of steam mop is not at fault of course, just a warning to others wishing to use it on laminate floors.

Worked first time I used it has worked intermittently after that now does not work at all. Was not particularly hot and steamy when it was working.Not impressed will be sending it back.

Pros: The detachable water cup for adding water, the fact you can load water while the machine is upright, the mop stands upright on its own, it is efficient; the steam doesn't go everywhere, just on the floor so a little water goes a long way, you can detach the steam handle from the mop head and use a scrubbing brush for tough stains even on carpet and upholstery. Cons: the discs are stinky chemicals. I hope to use essential oils on them after the chemi stink fades away. The water tank leaks when the mop isn't upright. You have to hold down a button to make it steam, like for the whole time you're mopping. It makes a chug chug chug sound that made me think it wasn't working, plus it doesn't shoot steam everywhere so I was sure it was broken. It was not broken. That's the normal sound. Also it doesn't come with a carpet glider. You have to buy that separate, but it's cheap enough. All in all though it's a pretty solid steam mop. I've had two others from black and decker and I prefer this one.
