Adapter arrived on time, was brilliant, but became defective within few weeks. I felt it may be difficult requesting a refund as I have disposed of the packaging. Also, I do not want to be saddled with having to pay for postage et al. I just bought another from a different seller and wrote a review. After writing the review, the seller contacted me and was very nice and helpful. He offered me a refund or a replacement, that was even at not returning the defective product.I am very happy with how the seller reached out to me. Gives me confidence to give the product another go.

This "retro" adapter is truly fantastic, whilst it's the 21st century and most people use wireless buds now, there are times when you can't beat wired headphones!!!Bought this adapter specifically for a long haul flight and very impressed with the quality and reliability of it. Simple plug and play, no drivers or installs needed. Compact size doesn't add much weight of bulk and you can use your old 3.5mm headphones on newer android phones :)Its a must have accessory for any phone.

After 3 months connection was deteriorating starting with crackling and sound loss in one or both ears on audio earphones, then started INCREASING volume to max on my earphones which was so damaging and dangerous. If your earphones have controls like skip/volume then you may notice this, as well as when listening to music, movies or audiobooks it would skip ahead to next chapters, stop and start without warning. Tested with multiple earphones and it’s this connector, do not recommend.

Thought this would be great as it feels sturdy and well made but it wasn't the case. Had a few crackling sound issues when listening to Spotify so i knew it was the cable and not the media file. only had it a week and after occasional use the usbc part had become loose and now it won't even work at all. Complete waste of money!

Usual rubbish. Bought this as the last one I bought, different brand, was faulty within a week, the replacement lasted 2. This was faulty from word go. Amazon start getting some quality control on the rubbish you happily sell
