This one doesn't say England or China, but the similar square baker I bought from Amazon at the same time is marked 'England'. This rectangular baker just says, "Spode Italian Spode Design c.1816 Dishwasher,freezer,microwave,oven proof" My guess is that it's made in England.

Does someone know how many ounces this holds?

In exact ounces I don’t know, it’s large enough for serving a family at a Thanksgiving dinner. It is deep. It’s about 6 inches wide and 10 inches long. Much larger than I expected. I love it.

This says serving dish. Some comments say they baked with it. Has anyone baked with this dish and if so at what temperature?

Spode says up to 425°. Can also freeze and microwave.
