Geometry Essentials For Dummies 1st Edition

The title says it perfectly. It goes through 80% of the topics from the other book of Geometry for dummies. (20% is just the more in depth stuff that's not needed for a brush-up). I have the other book and I really enjoy this one too. It's perfect if you want to keep reviewing while running errands and can't lug a bigger book around. I highly recommend this. The author is very great as well. I wish I had a teacher like him in school. Happy Reading everyone! ;D

This was a great refresher as I help my grandkids with math. I was a math major and my masters is math oriented so, in just a few hours, i was able to get myself back up to speed so I can be an effective help. Although I use simple geometry all the time, I haven't had to get into proofs and the like since 1969. Going strong now.

It explained it well and put it in terms by grandson understood.

Good price and great book!! Now if I can only get her to USE it!!!

My brother has been tutoring my son, so even though he is no dummy we ordered this to help the two of them navigate the world of geometry.

This was more useful than the regular geometry for dummies. But seems to be missing some of what we needed.

This book provides an excellent overview of Geometry with example problems in a logical progression.

It served the purpose for which it was intended, however I thought it would contain more pages.

All of the for dummies math text books are absolutely brilliant for learning or relearning math skills, they are very easy to follow and give you the edge to ace math courses..these books taught me more than any of my high school math courses..

Have only read half since I studied pure and applied maths at school. Nice to know what I missed out on.
