Manufacturing defect. Quality compromised.
Someone told me to buy Raj Steel. When received the product (Idli Maker), you can clearly see and tell that product is manufactured by joining two different products. The base is different and then the top part is attached with a joint. You can see the joint by naked eyes, and when touched by fingers, you can feel the rough surface. I am surprised how people are ignoring this.
