Whole Food Earth Toasted and Malted Wheat Flakes 500 g

For years I've been struggling to find a breakfast cereal I could actually eat. Due to health problems I cannot have high levels of sugars. This only has 2.4g per 100g so it's perfect for me. It means the difference between being able to have breakfast cereal or not. The flakes are a bit small, and I'm not sure how much it's processed, but otherwise I can't complain really. The price is low enough to be possible for me.

as a cereal fiend whose trying to curb added sugar for health reasons, these wheat flakes have been a god-sent. They are well packaged, maintaining a crunchy texture. The slight natural wheat-y taste pairs well with nearly any milk, fruit, nut, or whatever you add to your cereal (I would suggest first trying it with fruit if you aren't use to the taste of zero sugar cereal as I was)

With the online recipe we made two batches of Alpen and truth be told it tasted exactly the same, maybe lighter, fresher and better all round. The bag arrived and it was so much larger than I had expected. It's very good quality, if you get it for the right price. Would I buy it again? Absolutely yes, I would, and will be again shortly. Well recommended. 👍

I use this product to make my own muesli. Tasty, no additives. A little expensive to my mind but healthy for sure.

They are ok, and this is what I expected, so happy with the purchase
