this is one of the top gluten free pastas. Honestly, no one could taste the difference. It also doesn't get hard in the refrigerator the following day. Short of traveling to Italy to get a good gluten free pasta, this is the next best thing.

Absolutely the best GF pasta on the market. Follow the directions on the cooking time. We have tried numerous GF pastas and this one is the only one that you can’t tell that it’s gluten free. The flavor and texture is identical to any good pasta. 10/10- worth every penny!

Pantry staple when celiacs visit

These noodles are the best GF pasta I've had after tryin many. The texture and consistency is by far the best. They do have a bit of a rice taste to them but not nearly as bad as other pastas. Overall they're pretty good. Would I still prefer regular pasta? Absolutely. But these at least satisfy the mac and cheese cravings. Just wish they weren't so expensive.

I’ve tried every brand and these are the best! They do cook much faster so be careful. And do rinse them after.
